Rashid Campbell

Rashid Campbell is a trailblazing debater, coach, and tech professional with a history of excellence in competitive debate and over seven years of experience in the tech industry. His debate journey began with a championship win in the Bay Area Urban Debate League, setting the stage for an extraordinary collegiate career. Rashid made history as the first African-American to be named Top Speaker at the National Debate Tournament, going undefeated in the pre-elimination rounds and earning multiple first-round at-large bids—one of the highest honors in collegiate debate.

Beyond his personal success, Rashid has translated his debate expertise into coaching, leading a high school debate team to the prestigious Tournament of Champions not once, but twice. His ability to break down complex arguments, think critically under pressure, and communicate persuasively has not only shaped future debaters but also fueled his success in the tech industry.

With a unique blend of competitive excellence, mentorship experience, and technical expertise, Rashid continues to make an impact—whether it’s in the debate world, the professional sphere, or beyond.
